Happy Monday, all! As the temperature drops and with snow on its' way, thoughts of warm air, bright colors and winter citrus fill my mind. After weeks of holiday indulgence, citrus fruit seems to be just what is needed to lighten up. Full of anti-oxidants and bursting with a clean fresh tangy flavor, they make a fabulously healthy and delicious addition to winter fare. Plus, they seem to just brighten up the day!
