Happy Halloween everyone! This afternoon we are headed to the country where we plan to get cozy with friends. On the docket.....carving pumpkins, board games, scary movies and cooking up a halloween worthy dinner while in full costume, of course. I am always prepared for the trick-or-treaters, but sadly our house is too far off the road to get a lot of them. This year I made some Peanut Butter Cups, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Peanut Butter Popcorn balls as treats! They are all free of refined sugar and a much healthier alternative to candy off the shelves. Since we are staying in for the night...we are also planning on baking a Pumpkin Pie, roasting some Pumpkin Seeds and I am thinking about whipping up some Vegan Mummies!
