Beachy Waves Hair Spray

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons Epsom salts
  • 1/2 teaspoon  sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
  • 1/4 teaspoon jojoba oil
  • 2-3 drops of sweet orange essential oil (or an essential oil you like)
  • 1 teaspoon vodka (optional, acts as a preservative)
Directions:
  1. Pour the hot water (not boiling) into a bowl, then whisk in the Epsom salts and sea salt until fully dissolved.
  2. Mix in the aloe vera gel, jojoba oil, sweet orange essential oil and vodka until combined.
  3. Pour mixture into a 8-10 ounce spray bottle.
  4. Place the spray cap on the bottle and shake for a minute.
  5. You can store at room temperature.
How to Use:
  1. Shake before use.
  2. Spay onto damp hair and scrunch the ends of your hair towards the roots.
  3. If you have stick straight hair, a diffuser can help or before you go to sleep, spray onto damp hair and wrap it into a bun. Then in the AM, untwist, run your fingers through it and spay a bit more.
  4. You may also use on dry hair to refreshen the waves and/or to give your hair volume.
  5. You may need more or less depending on hair type.
