Cocktail Hour: Limoncello Raspberry Sparkler

Oh, how I love "pretty pink cocktails!" As summer approaches, I can't help but indulge in girly drinks brimming with fresh fruit. We served this sparkler for the peony arranging party and it was a hit. Keep reading for the recipe.

Limoncello Raspberry Sparkler 

Ingredients: 

• 1 ounce limoncello liqueur, chilled 
• 1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur 
• 1 pint frozen raspberries 
• 1 bottle prosecco, chilled 

Directions: 

1. Pour the limoncello and raspberry liqueurs into a chilled champagne coupe. 
2. Top with prosecco. 
3. Garnish with 2-3 frozen raspberries.
